Supporting customer needs

The key to my job as Head of Digital Marketing and Communications for Benelux is to understand our customers’ needs and desires. Do we really understand those? How can we help the customer to fulfill their needs and solve their problems? Do we know what’s happening in the market? We assess how we’re doing so we can continuously improve our performance and ensure that we add value where it is most impactful. Experimentation is key. We determine hypotheses based on data and customers’ insights, we test, measure, and learn. That part of marketing is where my true passion is.

Key advice: be yourself

Signify embraces people from all different backgrounds and interests as they bring in new insights and fresh approaches to tackling the challenges that the company and its customers are facing.
